Jappa recently shot a quick video for his “Studio Wordplay 101” which will appear on the upcoming Fake Shore Drive and Maja 7th collaboration mixtape, The Breakout (mixed by DJ Castle). This is something a little different from Japcity. Versatility!
Here is a quick sneak peak at the FSD/Maja 7th Mixtape “The Breakout”. On this track(Studio Wordplay 101) Jap City shows his creative side over Maja 7th’s nasty “Chuuuch” Organs and Synths. Pay close attention though…Jap uses several metaphors about things you find or hear in the studio like REASON, PROTOOLS, AMPS, MIDI etc…throughout the entire song. You might have to listen a couple of times. He also shot the video…dude is everywhere right now!
