Tony 2 isn’t the only thing on the way from King Louie. Lou recently hit Morehouse College to film his part for BET’s new scripted series The Yard, which centers around a newly elected president of a fictional Georgia A&M college (played by actress Anika Noni Rose) and her experiences with the school’s freshmen class. Yup, that’s right — King Louie is on his way to your television screens.
Not much is known about Louie’s role in the series at the moment, but I’m sure we’ll get to see Lou show off his acting chops when the two-hour pilot airs later this year. Montana of 300, DC Young Fly, Candace B. Harris were also spotted on set with Louie.
