Precise – S.O.U.L.

Posted on April 12, 2010 by Andrew Barber

Produced by Emilio Bucks

Precise and a large cast of characters tackle the recent (and ongoing) issues of violence in the city.

S.O.U.L “Saving Our Unique Legacy” is a song that addresses the senseless violence that has been plaguing Chicago recently. The song is the brainchild of Chicago Natives Hassahn Phenomenon and Emilio Bucks and features teenage R&B sensation Mariah Duncan, Spud, Precise, Black I, Hassahn Phenomenon, S.I.N Extraodinaire, DV8, Headline and Brando Star

In this specific time in history where it may appear as though the worst things are affecting many around the globe, we have to know that each of us individually and collectively can make a change…We can “Save Our Unique Legacy”.

This is an amazing song and movement. I hope that people really gravitate toward the message. The entire roster of artist are all from the Go so Chitown Stand Up! We need to bring back the S.O.U.L by Saving Our Unique Legacy.

Chi-Town, Stand Up!!! With the increasing murder rate of our youth, the effects of a lagging economy plaguing our city, the time is now to take a stand. These brothers have a vision, a mission, to change the status quo in hip hop. I am so excited to be a part of this powerful project…. And if that’s not enough for ya, these dudes got flow!

i feel like this is a track everyone should hear as myself, hassahn, precise, S.I.N, brando starr, DV8, headline, black l, mariah duncan and producer Emilio bucks linked up to show unity and the love. its alot of stupid things happening alot of black on black crime and not just black because is no race thing but we just trying to show the love and trying to inspire and motivate our youth to keep hope and let them know they have support and try to be something in life.
