I mentioned I was participating in MTV2’s first ever Suck Free Summit earlier in the week, and if you follow me on Twitter, I’m sure you caught me talking about it earlier today. It ran this morning on MTV2 and although my likeness wasn’t featured on TV (I couldn’t make it out to NYC to film my portion), you can catch me alongside the other tastemakers on the Sucker Free Summit site. I was a great opportunity and I was honored to be a part of such an esteemed list of contributors.
As far as the categories and the winners, a few of the people I picked won including J. Cole, Kanye West and Gucci Mane (I think I voted for Gucci more than anyone, actually – he was damn near up for everything), and I absolutely repped for Chicago when the opportunity presented itself (like twice).
