Buk (of Psychodrama) – Laws & Policies

Posted on September 12, 2010 by Andrew Barber

“Welcome to the stab you, kidnap you capital, slap you backwards if you don’t straighten up that hat dude”

Buk kicks off DJ V-Dubs Laws & Policies Vol. 1 mixtape, with some choice bars over Rozay Richard’s “B.M.F.” instrumental.  This track is a testament to just how dope Buk is an artist and emcee.  I wish someone would write this man a check so he could just write and record music all day, everyday.  His whole package [II] is so much doper than just about anything out right now.  He beasts out for 1:25 straight.  My only beef is that it’s too short.  Hopefully, his solo album, The Deep End, and accompanying mixtape will drop at some point in 2010.

DJ V-Dub’s Laws & Policies Vol. 1 drops tomorrow.  The mixtape features all new material from Sly Polaroid and Kanye West, Bump J, Twista and more.

@Chiefj4. So let me get this straight, just bc Samuel don’t like Buk music he gotta like Soulja Boy? Think before you type bird brain. Even if Sam was a little harsh I do agree that Buks time has passed. His current work sounds like it would have been dope in the late 90’s. But hey who am I to judge. Maybe he’s targeting that Old crowd

I’d rather hear Buk’s new album over any of these “young” guys albums today. That says something!
