I am just happy to get both negative and positive comments. As an artist of any sort you need critcism. I just wished everyone was specific about what they did or did not like. I don’t ask the world to personally like me, but if I paint a picture tell me about it. Unfortunately the music that I create isn’t on the level of how music is made today. I make music based on how I feel at the moment or what a beat does to me when a producer plays it. Then I paint the picture. I hope I don’t dissappoint many. I don’t belittle women nor do I solicit you with things you see on television. I will not talk about certain things because I am a role model and I have sisters, aunts, cousins and mothers. Me being the age that I am I wasn’t raised to make a fool of myself in any manner and was taught to carry myself accordingly. I’m not saying I don’t listen or like all types of music, but if you’re interested in bitches hoes and clothes well, thats just not me. There are many other ways to creativley get your point across without sounding like a complete asshole on record. PHLI MUSIC VOLUME 2 will contain some great music by some of this cities best. THERE IS SO MUCH TALENT HERE. I just want to make it available to you along with otheres who have.
Finally on the behalf of Reef and Dave if you ever had a real conversation with both of them you would get to know their true passions for this game. Despite what you feel or what you see industry wise if you know them, you’d know those dudes are really genuine. STAY PHLI Love always.
