Despite last night’s lose to the Atlanta Hawks, the good news and accolades continue to roll in for Derrick Rose.  A few days ago, Powerade unveiled their congratulatory billboard for Rose with the From Englewood To MVP tagline, in the West Loop.  The billboard is prominently featured on the corner of Des Plaines and Randolph, and ties in with their current Rose campaign that features a soundtrack from J. Cole.

Also, Powerade is donating $25 to the Chicago Park District for every point Rose scores during the playoffs. The money will be used to renovate the basketball courts in Murray Park in West Englewood, which Rose will be spearheading once the Bulls’ run is over.
