Are you serious? I’m a Shawnna fan. Hell, I grew up with her in the burbs, but this is far from her speed. This song is a female hood anthem. Shawnna ain’t hood. Chella is, and I understand this to be her song, but she probably would have been better off with another hood artist like Lady Tay or NewSense. I don’t think Shawnna was the go to for this one. I love the concept, meaning and all. I just didn’t feel it was a good look for Shawnna. Plus her baby daddy had her going crazy chasing broads out in Chicago Heights, gambling and spending her money on hoes. She need to leave that fool alone, not dedicate a song to him.
