FSD Beats sets out to build awareness of Chicago’s top up-and-coming producers — something we have an abundance of. No need to seek other cities for your sound — we have the cream of the crop right here.

We’ll be offering up new instrumentals from rising producers weekly — free of charge — for you to rock over (and so you’ll stop rapping over “What Happened To That Boy”). Hailing from Chicago’s Southside, Munnie began music at an early age; writing and performing original music over industry beats on a karaoke machine. That’s starting from the ground up. You may not know Munnie (yet!), but trust you’ve heard his music as he’s laced Chief Keef (“Straps”), Pac Man (“Beast Ova East”) and SD (“Global Now”) — that’s a lot of heat just over the past few months.

Look out for Munnie’s upcoming mixtape, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, due out in a few months, which will feature him both rapping and producing. Sounds promising — literally.
