Lil Herb and Lil Bibby began their reign of terror in 2012, but it wasn’t until 2013 when the rest of the world began paying attention. The FSD compilation we put together, Heir Apparents, was a perfect introduction and tutorial on both MCs, serving as a ‘best-of’ for those in the dark. 2013 has found everyone from Drake to Project Pat singing their praises, and while Bibby continues to drop new music on almost a weekly basis, Lil Herb has had far less output. But whenever he drops something, people are quick to pay attention.
The second installment of the “4 Minutes Of Hell” series found Herb even more ruthless and boastful in than the first one, where he opened up about staying in the streets while trying to navigate a career in the music industry. For industry people trying to pull a fast one, Herb is not the one.
