FSD: In December you guys signed a deal with Stargate’s Sony/ATV Publishing label. As you know Stargate has worked with artists like Rihanna and Wiz Khalifa, were you familiar with Stargate before you signed with them?
Lil Trav: Yeah, kind of.
FSD: What influenced your decision to sign with Stargate?
Lil Ceno: They was talking about, they was talking about the right stuff.
Lil Trav: Yeah, I went because the people that was in it, uh, like the Stargate, the other producers and stuff like that.
Bobby Hustle: They believed in, like Stargate believed in them. You know? And a lot of people didn’t take their music from the west side serious but being that [Stargate] wasn’t from Chicago, they just looked at it like it wasnt Chicago, they just believed in the artist.
FSD: What major label artists would you like to work with?
Lil Trav: Rich Homie Quan.
Lil Ceno: Future, Lil Wayne.
FSD: How about producers?
Lil Ceno: Mike Will, Swizz Beatz.
FSD: Now that you guys are getting national recognition, how have you found crowds outside of Chicago?
Lil Ceno: They just listen to our music on YouTube and they just be calling us out.
FSD: Super Saiyan Vol. 1 was your first mixtape release. Are you planning on another or going straight to the album?
Lil Trav: It’s going to be another mixtape, then an album.
FSD: Super Saiyan Vol. 2?
Both: Super Saiyan Vol. 2.
FSD: When can we expect that?
Lil Trav: End of February.
