Treated Crew. Treated Tribe. The Cult. 20/3. Many names, many faces, all family. Today, Treated Tuesday’s return with this rough, rugged and raw anthem, “Street Organization.” The Cult is a gang of sorts, hence the name ‘street organization.’ That’s the politically correct term, but there’s nothing politically correct about this track. It’s tastefully offensive — which the Treated Crew pulls off so effortlessly.

Treated Tuesday’s return in celebration of the release of the new Treated Crew album, and their long-awaited clothing collabo with Stussy which both launch on May 31st. On that same day, the Crew have an official release party and show in Tokyo, Japan, so if you’re in the area you’ve gotta check it out.

I caught an early listen of the project yesterday and the album is dope as expected. It differs from their 2012 release, as this one serves as more of a compilation showcasing each and every members work (think the Ruff Ryders Ryde or Die Vol. 1 compilation.) Yes, there are group collaborations, but this is more to highlight what each artist can bring to the table on the solo tip — as many of their sounds differ. Mano, Holt and Mic Terror are obviously all over the project, while Gzus Piece, Sulaiman, Max Wonders, Highlife Dre, Jon James, He Say, She Say (Drea + Mano), Lee Majorz, G Webbie, AK, Heron, St. Millie and Count (Yes, Count!) all bring their A-game. It’s going to be a big outing, so I’m warning you to put it on your calendar.

Today, they give us something that doesn’t land on the project, and they’re giving it away free of charge (the album will be for sale on iTunes.) So watch how they kick off their campaign with the roaring “Street Organization.” Blood in, blood out.
