And today, more details have emerged on the film, which is set to be a spin on a Greek comedy, Lysistrata. Also, we’re told the movie will also be a musical. Kanye West, Jennifer Hudson, Samuel L. Jackson and John Cusack are all confirmed to star.

Chiraq – a late prestige addition to the IM Global slate on the eve of the market – is Lee’s reimagining of the ancient Greek comedy Lysistrata.
The story will centre on a woman’s quest to end gang warfare in Chicago. Sam Jackson and John Cusack are also lining up in the hot title.
Sure to cause even more of a stir is the fact that Amazon is on board for the US release.
