We warned you that we were taking our show on the road, and the voyage continues this weekend as we’ve partnered with Red Bull Sound Select for a one-of-a-kind event in Hollywood, CA.
Yes, that’s right, we’re participating in the kickoff event for Red Bull Sound Select’s 30 Days In LA month long concert extravaganza in Cali. On night one, which is TONIGHT, November 1st, we’re taking over Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum for the Wax on Wax event, which will transform the venue into a vinyl record store (get it?), with four Sound Select curators throwing parties on each floor.
In the FSD wing, we’ll be bringing you DJ sets from DJ Drama and Sonny Digital. So you already know just how wild this event going to be. Elsewhere in the venue, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, Tuxedo, DJ Dahi and others will be spinning. There’s a little something for everyone.
There will also be a number of legendary record stores in the building with pop-up shops and special installations for patrons looking to pick up some merchandise and cut some vinyl. It’s easily going to be one of the dopest events we’ve ever been a part of.
