Twista’s debut album, Runnin’ of at da Mouth, dropped all the way back in 1992. A lot of you guys weren’t even alive yet. Fast forward to 2017, and at 25 years in, Twista is still relevant and still killing the game. But not only is he a legend in his own right, he’s passing the torch to the next generation. And he’s showing and proving on his 10th album, Crook County, which just dropped via Noisey.
The likes of Vic Spencer, Jeremih, The Boy Illinois, Supa Bwe, YP and Cap 1 are all involved. It’s truly a Chicago family affair, and over the past 25 years no one has put on better than Twista. He’s repped faithfully forever.
