FSD: As you know Chicago is the “it” city in music right now, have you worked with any of the rappers that are buzzing here locally?
Greg: Yeah plenty of them. Blanco Caine, he has a mixtape out called V12 Muzik. He has a song called “Don’t Wake Me” that we are going to shoot. We have a big budget for that, possibly one of the biggest budget videos I have done. Also Ibn Inglor, he’s making some noise. I like to keep things in-house, so I won’t do a video for just anyone. I met Blanco through L.E.P., and I met Ibn through Amadeus from Leaders. If you are family then you can get in contact with me, then we could work. I like to run a family-oriented business.
FSD: Tell us a little more about your TEHO Media Company?
Greg: We basically wanted to start a publication that would promote our ideas. We created it after our freshmen year of college. We wanted to do what we wanted to. What I mean by that, is there are a lot of blogs that will tell you what to do. They will tell you “Listen to this or wear that.” We were like “No!” Do what you want to do. This may be weird, but do what you want to do at the end of the day.
FSD: What’s next for you?
Greg: I have this Treated Crew video that I’m looking forward to shooting. I got some work with Mikey Rocks. I’m shooting a documentary for Leaders as well. Also, I’m doing some more work with Bud Light.
Very informative. J liked it
