Lil Bibby – Untitled
Free Crack 2 was dope, no question about that. Even better than the original Free Crack. But it appeared the public didn’t quite take to it like they did the first installment. And that’s a shame, because pound for pound it was better, and it had some potential massive singles (“Boy”). Not that it didn’t do its numbers and put Bibby in a position to win, because it did, it just didn’t seem the critics were as drawn to it.
But actually, that’s a big who cares. It’s about the fans, not the critics. And Bibby is out to please both with his 2015 release. It was originally set to be titled The Book, but the title has since been scrapped. Will this be a major label release? Another mixtape? We’re not sure, but after dropping “Kill Shit 2,” the heat is on. Expect even bigger things this year once Bibby gets off tour and resumes work on the album.
