Vic Spencer is one of the hardest working rappers in Chicago. Likely in the nation as well. He’s a prolific writer with a unique sound and impeccable ear for beats. And after years of trudging long in the underground, Vic finally hit pay dirt with The Cost of Victory.
Critics lauded and the fans have spoken – it’s a winner and stands as Vic’s most complete project to date. Vic is a fighter, and he definitely grabbed the title with this one. We’re not sure what’s next for Vic, but this will be a tough project to follow up.
