Chief Keef is a hot news topic. He always has been. His name floats in the streets, on the news and in schools. When it comes to promotion runs, he has no Breakfast Club stop, no interviews, nor podcast visits. He is his own brand and promoter. His name repeatedly rings out and rips through the media — some good and some bad. Some headlines are less music-related then others. This is nothing new in the hate/love relationship Chicago has with Chief Keef. Nevertheless, Keef makes the best of being in the spotlight.
