Kiddo – Breaking All The Rules Vol. 1
Kiddo is one of the six core members of the Doughboyz Cashout collective. He’s also probably the rowdiest and biggest livewire of the bunch, and he channeled his high energy into a tightly-crafted solo debut, Breaking All The Rules Vol. 1, which dropped earlier this year.
There are some serious anthems on here, coupled with the beauty and grim realities of life in Detroit. His ear for production is pretty incredible, and he made the best music of his career with his back against the wall. Kiddo is a national treasure – and you should definitely check out the first installment of Breaking All The Rules. It’s a throwback to 90s-era street rap with a 2014 outlook and sound.
