It’s hard to believe that Bump J has been locked up since 2008. Seven long years in the can. Piggybacking off Jadakiss’ “Letter To B.I.G.” in ’09, the Bogus Boys sent a kite of their own in dedication to the Chief of Chicago with “Letter To Bump.” Bump’s presence in the streets and the industry were dearly missed, so it was dope to see another rapper pay homage in such a light. Real recognize real.
Count reminisced on better days with Bump, and even took time to shoot a few shots a rapping rivals: “You should see they goofy ass fighting over the crown.”
