This was actually Jay’s first top ten single, which was huge for him, but attention also found its way to the young producer, Kanye. A&R’s began to call him up for beats that sounded like Jay-Z. The Jackson 5 “I Want You Back” sample has been used plenty of times, including by Lil’ Romeo that same year. Kanye used his newfound attention as a springboard to branch out as a producer but also as a rapper, later going on tour with Black Star’s Talib Kweli. In the video, there’s a split second of Kanye (first of all, wearing a Padres jersey), showing what appears to be a tattoo on his arm, listing in cursive, the tracks: “So Ghetto,” “The Truth,” “This Can’t Be Life,” “Nothing Like It,” “Izzo,” “Hey Mama,” “Heart of the City,” and “Never Change.” Also, catch Hov actually wearing Rocawear.

I think this is accurate list with the exception of a few tracks( spend the night-marey carey, wouldn’t get far- game, a star is born- jay z )
Too lazy to go through whole list, but Through The Wire should at least be in top 5

All I know is “Through The Wire” and “Down”(Cam’Ron) are some energetic azz beats
