John Walt – KemoWalk
“It’s a shame for your loss” is a weird and unsettling way to write off an enemy but damn if it isn’t effective. Pivot Crew soldier John Walt works the whole of “KemoWalk,” named after Lil Kemo’s signature dance, with a mystic menace that comes from his words sounding garbled and direct at the same time. Unlike many of the tracks on this list, “KemoWalk” isn’t bouncy or fun. It’s got most of the hallmarks of bop music – autotuned, sung lyrics, prominent melody, big hook – but it’s off-kilter and eerie. A tantalizing hint at bop’s future.

If you actually listen to this song, it’s about swimming googles not ski, but hey what dif does it make.
Its a double negative with these songs. Kids wanna hear but they don’t seem to make radio versions (at least I haven’t seen many) and you can’t play them where kids go. (Prom, outdoor fest)
