At the Watch the Throne tour, ‘Ye would start playing P.Y.T. at normal speed, then slow it down for the “Good Life” sample, then start the song from that loop. Kanye’s idolizing MJ is no secret, and he has paid tribute several times musically, sartorially, and even behaviorally, when you consider his decision to avoid direct interactions with the press.
The T-Pain feature choice was no accident, it is more of a nod to the similarly synth-influenced background voices on P.Y.T. Kanye always wanted to make artful auto-tune, a pretty brave but often unpopular aesthetic decision. Whether you love or hate the fact that auto-tune is still around, he deserves some of the credit for its longevity, even though it was he who told Jay to make “D.O.A.”

Even though he sold it, “We Gone Make It” by Jadakiss should’ve been on the list
Alchemist made we gone make it.
pretty sure DJ Toomp made “Cant Tell Me Nothing”… it was originally a Jeezy song, whikch is why the ad-lib is there… thats bad, since you have it as his #1 beat… I could be wrong though
The song was produced by kanye AND dj toomp. plus kanye always has a bunch of people do additional vocals and what have you. that does not mean the song was originally for them. he could have had dj toomp take off the ad-libs if he really didnt want it there.
“Live Fast, Die Young” should have made top 5, and it’s not even on the list.
This list must of been made by a 15 year old hipster
