23. Kid Cudi f/ Kanye West & Common “Make Her Say” (2009)
Album: Man On the Moon: The End of the Day
KId Cudi ft Kanye West & Common – Make Her Say
Stefani Germanotta has had quite a run in the hip hop world. What with collaborations among the likes of Wale and Kendrick, a proposed tour with Kanye, and many other appearances, she’s been a major force in the cross-genre permeation of pop, which of course, includes hip hop . This unplugged version of “Poker Face,” overlaid with a light drumline-type loop, produces a strange track in the context of hip hop, but one that makes perfect sense for someone like Cudi, at least before his descent into wizardry. This track was when the real wizardry was taking place, perhaps alchemy rather, being able to turn suburban white girl piano pop into south side safari gold.

Even though he sold it, “We Gone Make It” by Jadakiss should’ve been on the list
Alchemist made we gone make it.
pretty sure DJ Toomp made “Cant Tell Me Nothing”… it was originally a Jeezy song, whikch is why the ad-lib is there… thats bad, since you have it as his #1 beat… I could be wrong though
The song was produced by kanye AND dj toomp. plus kanye always has a bunch of people do additional vocals and what have you. that does not mean the song was originally for them. he could have had dj toomp take off the ad-libs if he really didnt want it there.
“Live Fast, Die Young” should have made top 5, and it’s not even on the list.
This list must of been made by a 15 year old hipster
