The horns, the drums, the vocal layers. Elton John’s voice on piano, even. This was ‘Ye’s resounding “yes” to the question of whether or not we could get much higher. If you watched Ice-T’s documentary, the “Art of Rap,” you’ll remember when he talked about the tools that hip hop pioneers used at first, that because instrumentation was not as available in the communities that birthed hip hop, they turned things like record players themselves into instruments.
Now, just picture this dude in Hawaii, flying out every huge vocal star just for a voice track that would later become individually unrecognizable. It just shows how much hip-hop production has changed from drum machines and record-scratching. Hip-Hop turned nothing into something at first, and now that it has everything, people like ‘Ye are taking everything, every instrument, every other genre, even, and feeding it to the hip hop goliath, that only keeps growing higher and higher.

Even though he sold it, “We Gone Make It” by Jadakiss should’ve been on the list
Alchemist made we gone make it.
pretty sure DJ Toomp made “Cant Tell Me Nothing”… it was originally a Jeezy song, whikch is why the ad-lib is there… thats bad, since you have it as his #1 beat… I could be wrong though
The song was produced by kanye AND dj toomp. plus kanye always has a bunch of people do additional vocals and what have you. that does not mean the song was originally for them. he could have had dj toomp take off the ad-libs if he really didnt want it there.
“Live Fast, Die Young” should have made top 5, and it’s not even on the list.
This list must of been made by a 15 year old hipster
