FSD Feature: 10 Essential Bop Songs Of 2014

Posted on December 10, 2014 by FSD Staff

Breezy Montana f/ Stunt Taylor & DLow – Jockin

Credit to Breezy Montana and his guests, Stunt Taylor and DLow, who all do their thing but we gotta speak on that beat. Produced by scene regular Mudd Gang, a strobing synth and chattering drums lay a foundation for a piano so pretty it sounds like it was lifted from a Final Fantasy soundtrack. It’s so lovely it reduces Breezy to an awed whisper on the chorus.

Props to Bop for surviving that time when A$AP Ferg nearly killed it by guesting on the Fiesta remix.

But why isn’t the actual best Bop song of 2014 in this list – Don’t Shoot by Heaven & Lil’ Chris????
