The top comment on this YouTube video reads: “I hope this band stays together like the Stones.” This one might be hard to listen to for KTD fans, considering their recent disbandment, but the sentiment of the song will last. It expresses what it feels like to be nostalgic—when you’re still a kid. Perhaps the kids are grown now, and that’s why it was time to move on. The video itself is perfect for the song, too, the tilt-shift lens and the stop-motion make Chicago look like a playground. On the bright side, it seems like none of these people are going to stop making music.
