27. Sulaiman & Vic Spencer – We’re Still Disappointed
Oddball masterminds Vic Spencer and Sulaiman might sound out of place together, but it’s the variances in their voices that makes them such a compelling pair. Vic’s abstract flow paired with Suli’s precise, calculated bars makes We’re Still Disappointed one of the more interesting projects of the year. Our only complaint is that the project was too short. Hey, that’s a first world problem at its finest.
The duo made us wait three years for this follow up to 2010′s We’re Just Disappointed, but trust it was worth the wait.It goes without saying that this album was no disappointment. Pun intended.
