He’s laced damn near everyone in the biz, and when he does, he gives them some of the most memorable records of their catalog — and “Tears of Joy” is no exception. Rick Ross and Cee-Lo get heartfelt on this one, which felt like a throwback to another era — one with much more struggle and pain.
