28. Pusha T f/ Future “Pain” (2012)
Pusha T’s My Name Is My Name was one of the surprise hits of the year. But one of the best songs from the album, was released over a year ago: “Pain” which featured Future. The haunting piano-driven backdrop, sounded somber but it fit Push’s flow like a glove. The track was a statement, and felt urgent — the best rap records evoke these feelings.
