21. Jay Z “Thank You” (2009)
No ID was all over the singles from the third installment of Jay’s Blueprint series. But one of his best contributions to the BP3 was the album cut, “Thank You,” which was built around a few second sample of Marcos Valle’s “Ele E Ela.” “Thank You” was a regal way to open up his album, and it found Jay eloquently ethering his foes over this sunny production.
